IMPROV - I have studied long form, short form and commercial improv for years. I am currently training at UCB Comedy Theatre and have studied at AMDA College, and Killian’s Workshop. I am very comfortable with performing improv by itself and in performing improv in film and commercial settings., SKETCH COMEDY - I have years of experience with sketch comedy and am currently a regular performer in a sketch comedy show called “This Week, This Week,” directed by Ron West. I create and act in my own sketches for social media!, ACCENTS/DIALECTS - I trained at AMDA College and I am advanced in American - Southern (General Southern, Louisiana, Tennessee and Mississippi), British RP and New York Italian. I am also intermediate in German, Polish, Irish and Cockney accents. , STAGE/FILM COMBAT - I have extensive training in stage/film combat from AMDA College. I am certified in both hand-to-hand stage combat and knife combat with the SAFD. I am also proficient in rapier-and-dagger and broadsword combat., GAMING - I love gaming! It was my quarantine super power. I have my own VR headset and gaming computer. My favorite games include Stardew Valley, Binding of Isaac, Sea of Thieves and my absolute favorite Beat Saber (I am Expert level in all of these)., CHEERLEADING - I have four years of experience in cheerleading as a back spot and a featured tumbler. The team I was on placed at Nationals twice and was incredibly advanced, competing with stunts such as 360 full libs and back tuck baskets. I am an excellent backspot and a very capable base. , SPIN BIKE - I have been spinning for around eight years now and I am very advanced. I can easily participate in a 45 minute advanced spin class and can lead my own as well. I spin as often as I can, which is generally everyday because I’m lucky enough to have my own spin bike., JOGGING - I have been jogging my entire life. I was in cross country and track for several years and jogging is one of my favorite forms of cardio. I do it regularly in my day to day life and can easily jog for thirty minutes to an hour straight outdoors or on a treadmill., GYMNASTICS - I have been doing gymnastics and tumbling since I was three years old. I can do many skills, including but not limited to kart wheels, forward rolls, roundoffs, handstands, back-bends, front walkovers, back walkovers and front handsprings., RUNNING - I have also been running my entire life. Again, I was in cross country and track for several years and running is my absolute favorite way to destress. I do it regularly in my day to day life and can easily run for thirty minutes to an hour straight outdoors or on a treadmill., HIKING - I’ve been hiking ever since I can remember. It’s one of my favorite ways to spend my days off. I was lucky enough to grow up with a lot of wilderness right next to my house and I just love getting to spend time experiencing and hiking through nature as often as I can.
